The program has two different kinds of analysis. One reads the S.M.A.R.T. values of your drive, and the other does a more exhaustive analysis to check that everything is in order in each of the sections of the drive's surface.
The program's interface couldn't be simpler. It has two big buttons, one for each type of analysis, located in the middle of the window. The second analysis type will take some time, possibly over an hour.
